The property was beautiful. The pool was a huge hit!. Each bedroom and bathroom was spectacular. I was especially in awe of the master bathroom. But the highlight by far was the staff.
The chef, the housekeepers and the house manager were what dreams are made of. They were so genuinely friendly and attentive. We were able to get drivers or taxis whenever we need them to go wherever we wanted (they ordered them for us constantly) . Having the option to have the chef cook meals for us and have the breakfast each morning that came with renting the house was a huge help. Amazing food! The prices for having the chef cook for us was way more than reasonable! Shopping was nearby and within walking distance, as well as good restaurants. There were two beach clubs, one was closer than the other, but they were both, while not cheap, worth the money and really really fun for all ages. There were 11 of us. Great for big groups.

We made good use of the spa facilities, media room (AFL members) onsite chef option 👌 & short walk to local shops, restaurants & beach. Highly recommend 🏅
The location is perfect – just a 5-minute walk to the beach and also to the lively Seminyak area, plenty of great restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.
But in villa itself is incredibly peaceful and quiet as its located at the end of a street which is amazing considering you’re right in a lively neighborhood.
The villa’s design is authentic, beautifully maintained, very clean, and super spacious. We loved the charm of the place, it really felt like a little oasis.
The host and villa manager were extremely responsive at any time of the day whenever we needed anything. The staff on-site were also incredibly kind and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable.
One of the highlights was having a fun barbecue dinner in the outdoor dining area by the pool such a great setup for a family evening. We also enjoyed a massage in the villa’s private spa room, which made the whole stay even more relaxing.
A truly unique experience worth every penny. Highly recommend!

We entered the Villa to a breath-taking scene of the property. The grounds, rooms and staff are all 5 star. Itta & Sandy were amazing, they went above and beyond, trying to accommodate all our requests. They even created strong bonds with the kids.
The rooms were gorgeous and spacious, it is well suited for large gatherings. Our first night’s dinner was delicious and provided a good introduction to Indonesia cuisine.
The Villa is well situated, only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and other activities, markets, shops etc.
We enjoyed the pool tremendously. Only suggestion is to have a few more pool toys especially with large groups. Although we had preventive measures in place, there are a quite a lot of mosquitos in general at the Villa and in Seminyak. None the less, we had a fantastic time. Will most definitely visit this Villa again.
We will stay here again if we visit Bali.

The BEST place I have ever stayed! The location, villa and most importantly the staff were exceptional. I have stayed in some really amazing properties in the past and this was up there with the best.
Furnished beautifully and equipped with everything we needed for the whole trip. They even have turtles in the garden!
The whole staff were absolutely incredible. We had breakfast each day which was made by the house staff. No pressure on timings and they were happy to accommodate anyone at anytime (whenever they woke up). Whenever we needed more food, drinks etc the team were happy to go to the shops and pick up whatever we needed at anytime of the day.
We had a chef arrive for lunch and he cooked a great seafood platter (highly recommended). The team made up a platter of salads and made the whole table look great!
The villa was cleaned consistently throughout the day and there was a turn down service (without us asking). Anything we needed including ironing were done before we could blink!
The villa is clearly incredible, but staff always make these trips special. So from our whole group we would like to thank the entire team for making the trip even better than our original expectations!
We will hopefully see you soon and will recommend the villa to EVERYONE!

When you enter this beautiful property, you step into an oasis. The main living area has folding glass doors that open completely extending the space into the garden.
It is a modern take on Indonesian style and works very well.
There is a beautiful, big well-designed pool with steps in one side of it that allows you to sit in the water and relax with a book (a favorite activity of mine).
The master bedroom had a stunning four-poster Bed with wood carving top.
The whole house was filled with art and artifacts. It was a delight to spend time in the house relaxing and enjoying its beauty.
The house is staffed all the time. They are friendly and efficient.
You’ll find a Game and Cinema room as well as a massage room overlooking the pool.
When I visit Bali again, I would definitely stay in this villa.

All the staff was very warm and accommodating.
July the host was easy to communicate with and the villa manager was also very receptive, always reponded quickly to any of our inquiries.
We appreciated so much the tranquility in the villa, chilling by the swimming pool then having a delicious barbecue lunch by the garden prepared by the chef!
We made it every evening just a few minutes walk to the beach for sunset, Kudeta beach club was a good spot!
Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

As a family of 8 adults, 2 kids and 2 infants we were a complex group with varied requirements and interests and I can truly say the Villa catered to all of our requirements and made us feel at home right in the heart of Seminyak! A special mention to July who gave us great recommendations and checked in on us during our stay. The staff went above and beyond what was needed, always catering to our needs. Made, Ita, Good Day, Kade and the others made our stay excellent. Villa Shambala was the last property on our 14 day itinerary and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to end the trip! Amazing Villa with everything you could possibly need and more. The photos don’t do communicate the instant calm when walking onto the property nor it’s beauty. Each bedroom and bathroom are exceptional, the pool area and main living area are divine, and the theatre room and barbecue area perfect.
The staff were exceptional and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect.
Highly recommend and we will definitely return!

Our 2 family’s stayed here in May 2023 and had a great time. The staff where amazing! Nothing was to much trouble and everything was organised all we had to do was ask. Pool fence, food, groceries, motor bikes restaurant bookings you name it. They even kept and eye out for our 18 month old baby as he didn’t stop exploring the villa.
The villa was better than the photos, great for multiple family’s as they can have other ends of the villa. Added bonus are the turtles and fish in the pond our kids loved to feed each day. The location was great walkable to KDT and other great restaurants and bars.
We will definitely be back.
